The Lakeland Hawks will be staying on the road on Friday to face off against the Kellogg Wildcats at 3:00 p.m. Both teams come into the match bolstered by wins in their previous matches.
Moscow typically has all the answers at home, but on Tuesday Lakeland proved too difficult a challenge. They skirted past the Bears 4-3. The win was just what Lakeland needed coming off of a 15-2 defeat in their prior matchup.

Meanwhile, Kellogg scored the most runs they've had all season to find success on Tuesday. They blew past Priest River 31-3. The victory made it back-to-back wins for Kellogg.
Lakeland's record is now 4-6. As for Kellogg, their record is now 2-3.
Lakeland was able to grind out a solid victory over Kellogg in their previous matchup back in April of 2023, winning 10-5. The rematch might be a little tougher for Lakeland since the team won't have the home-field advantage this time around. We'll see if the change in venue makes a difference.
