Volleyball Game Preview: Pompano Beach Golden Tornadoes vs. Cooper City Cowboys

The Pompano Beach Golden Tornadoes are taking a road trip to challenge the Cooper City Cowboys at 4:30 p.m. on Thursday. Given that the two teams suffered a loss in their last games, they both have a little extra motivation heading into this contest.

Last Monday, Pompano Beach came up short against Cypress Bay and fell 3-1. The loss was the Golden Tornadoes' first of the season.

Once all was said and done, the final score wound up at 25-22, 25-16, 23-25, 25-18.

Meanwhile, Cooper City came up short against Western on Tuesday, falling 3-0. The Cowboys have now taken an 'L' in back-to-back games.

Pompano Beach's loss ended a four-game streak of away wins dating back to last season and brought them to 2-1. As for Cooper City, their defeat dropped their record down to 2-2.
