Ferris and Central Valley are an even 5-5 against one another since January of 2020, but not for long. The Saxons will be playing in front of their home fans against the Bears at 7:00 p.m. on Tuesday. Keep an eye on the score for this one: the two teams posted some lofty point totals in their previous games.

Ferris is likely headed into the matchup with a focus on the second half, which is when things went downhill against Pullman on Saturday. The Saxons took a 70-64 hit to the loss column at the hands of the Greyhounds. While the Saxons didn't get the win, they did start the game off strong, beating the Greyhounds 17-9 in the first quarter.

Meanwhile, Central Valley was just a bucket shy of victory on Saturday and fell 62-61 to Colfax. Despite running the score up even higher than they did in their prior game on Friday (58), the Bears still had to take the loss.

Having lost for the first time this season, Central Valley fell to 2-1. As for Ferris, they now have a losing record of 1-2.

Ferris couldn't quite finish off Central Valley in their previous meeting back in January and fell 51-49. Can the Saxons avenge their loss or is history doomed to repeat itself? We'll find out soon enough.
