Soccer Recap: Desert Comes Up Short

Desert was not able to break out of their rough patch on Tuesday as the team picked up their third straight defeat. They came up short against the Bishop Union Broncos, falling 11-0. Sadly, that's the second time they've come up short against the Scorpions this season, as they also lost their prior matchup 8-0 back in January.

Desert's loss dropped their record down to 1-13-1. As for Bishop Union, they are on a roll lately: they've won nine of their last ten matches, which provided a nice bump to their 14-1-2 record this season.

Both teams are looking forward to the support of their home crowds in their upcoming games. Desert has already played their next game (against Mammoth), but no score has been uploaded at the time of writing. Bishop Union will welcome California City at 5:00 p.m. on Thursday.
