Basketball Recap: West Takes a Loss

West was not able to break out of their rough patch on Tuesday as the team picked up their fifth straight loss. They fell 46-33 to the Marion-Franklin Red Devils. That's two games in a row now that the Cowboys have lost by exactly 13 points.

West's defeat dropped their record down to 1-5. As for Marion-Franklin, their victory ended a nine-game drought on the road dating back to last season and puts them at 2-5.

Both teams are looking forward to the support of their home crowds in their upcoming games. West will take on South in a holiday battle at at 7:00 p.m. on Friday. South will roll in looking for their sixth straight win, something West surely won't give up without a fight. As for Marion-Franklin, they will be home for the holidays to greet Independence at 6:00 p.m. on Friday.
