Volleyball Game Preview: Borger Bulldogs vs. Canyon Eagles

Borger is 0-10 against Canyon since November of 2019 but things could change on Saturday. The Bulldogs will host the Eagles at 12:00 p.m. Both teams took a loss in their last game, so they'll have plenty of motivation to get the 'W'.

On Tuesday, Borger came up short against Hereford and fell 3-1. While the Bulldogs didn't get the win, they did start the game off strong, beating the Whitefaces 25-16 in the first set.

Borger started the match hot and won the first set, but they struggled down the stretch and lost the last three. Once all was said and done, the final score wound up at 16-25, 25-23, 25-14, 25-21.

Meanwhile, Canyon also suffered a loss in their last game, falling to Dumas by a score of 3-1.

Borger's defeat dropped their record down to 8-16. As for Canyon, they now have a losing record of 13-14.
