Winning is always nice, but doing so behind a season-high score is even better (just ask South Broward). They simply couldn't be stopped on Tuesday as they easily beat the Monarch Knights 68-12. The Bulldogs have made a habit of sweeping their opponents off the court, having now won seven games by 31 points or more this season.

South Broward got their win on the backs of several key players, but it was Ayonna Lewis out in front who dropped a triple-double on 11 points, ten boards, and ten assists. The dominant performance gave Lewis a new career-high in assists. The team also got some help courtesy of Paris George, who posted six points along with eight assists and eight rebounds.

Lewis wasn't the only one working in the assists department: South Broward was working as a unit and finished the game with 25 assists. That's the most assists they've managed all season.

The victory (which was South Broward's third in a row) raised their record to 13-9. Those victories came thanks to their defensive effort, having only surrendered 10.7 points per game. As for Monarch, their loss dropped their record down to 2-9.

South Broward will take on Flanagan at 6:00 p.m. on January 28th. Monarch has already played their next match (against Coconut Creek), but no score has been uploaded at the time of writing.
