The Tigers were given a dose of their own medicine in this game as the Bluejays apparently hadn't forgotten their defeat the last time these teams played back in September of 2023.
While Ulysses had to settle for second, they sure made a game of it, scoring at least 18 points in every set they played. The match finished with set scores of 25-20, 25-18.
Kynlee Frink was the offensive standout of the match as she had seven digs and two aces. That's the most aces she has posted since back in September of 2023.
Ulysses' loss dropped their record down to 5-7. As for Cimarron, the victory was the ninth in a row for them, bringing their record for this year to 10-2.
