Hoover and Morse are an even 5-5 against one another since September of 2017, but not for long. The Cardinals are taking a road trip to challenge the Tigers at 6:15 p.m. on Tuesday. Both teams are coming into the contest red-hot, with Hoover sitting on three straight victories and Morse on five.

On Thursday, Hoover made easy work of Kearny and carried off a 3-0 win.

Meanwhile, Morse got the win against Logan Memorial Education Campus on Thursday by a conclusive 3-0.

The 3-0 score doesn't show just how dominant Morse was: they took every set by at least 12 points. The final score came out to 25-8, 25-3, 25-13.

Hoover's victory bumped their record up to 10-13. As for Morse, they now have a winning record of 17-16.

Hoover suffered a grim 3-0 defeat to Morse in their previous meeting on October 2nd. Can the Cardinals avenge their loss or is history doomed to repeat itself? We'll find out soon enough.
