There's no place like home for Cherokee, who bounced back after a loss on the road on Thursday. They simply couldn't be stopped on Friday as they easily beat the Nantahala Hawks 71-35. With the Braves ahead 54-22 at the half, the game was all but over already.
Samuel Hernandez was a one-man wrecking crew as he shot 5-for-9 from long range and almost dropped a double-double with 21 points and nine boards. The team also got some help courtesy of Kaden Stephens, who shot 50% from the field to rack up 16 points.
