Basketball Recap: Lakewood Takes a Loss

Lakewood has been a dominant force so far, but they're in the middle of a mini-slump at the moment. They took an 80-73 hit to the loss column at the hands of the Sedro-Woolley Cubs on Friday. The Cougars were given a dose of their own medicine in this game as the Cubs apparently hadn't forgotten their loss the last time these teams played back in January of 2024.

Lakewood's record is now 8-4. As for Sedro-Woolley, they now have a winning record of 5-4.

Lakewood will head out on the road to take on Bellingham at 7:15 p.m. on Monday. As for Sedro-Woolley, they will host Ferndale at 7:15 p.m. on Wednesday.
