Basketball Recap: J.Z. George Comes Up Short

J.Z. George lost against Union last Thursday and unfortunately they wound up with the same result on Friday. The J.Z. George Jaguars took a 38-25 hit to the loss column at the hands of the Union Yellowjackets. The Jaguars have now taken an 'L' in back-to-back games.

J.Z. George's loss dropped their record down to 7-19. As for Union, their win was their third straight at home, which pushed their record up to 13-16.

Looking ahead, J.Z. George will head out on the road to square off against East Union at 7:00 p.m. on Monday. East Union knows how to get points on the board -- the team has finished with 55 points or more in their past three games -- so hopefully J.Z. George likes a good challenge. Union does not have any more games scheduled as of now.
