McIntosh extended their winning streak to three games thanks to a huge performance from Chauncey Dixon. The McIntosh Demons walked away with a 57-47 victory over the Southern Choctaw Indians on Wednesday thanks in part to Dixon, who dropped a double-double on 23 points and 17 boards. She is on a roll when it comes to rebounds, as she's now pulled down eight or more in the last 23 games she's played.

Jayla Brown was another key player, shooting 4-for-6 from deep and almost dropping a double-double on 13 points and nine boards. Thanks to that strong game, she now owns an excellent 45.2% field goal percentage.

McIntosh's win bumped their record up to 21-7. As for Southern Choctaw, they dropped their record down to 11-6 with the loss, which was their third straight on the road.

McIntosh didn't take long to hit the court again: they've already played their next game, a 62-43 victory against Marengo on the 7th. As for Southern Choctaw, they also wasted no time getting back out on the court and have already played their next contest, a 57-46 defeat against Shields on the 7th.
