Football Game Recap: Summit Christian Academy vs. Prue

Summit Christian Academy came up short against Prue on Thursday, falling 40-52. This makes it the second loss in a row for Summit Christian Academy.

Summit Christian Academy's defeat came about despite a quality game from freshman Wyatt Austin, who passed for 352 yards and 3 touchdowns. In fact, with 27 tackles Austin was a force on both sides of the ball. The Summit Christian Academy defense stepped up as well to lay out the quarterback 6 times.

The defeat dropped Summit Christian Academy's record to 1-3. The win bumped Prue's record up to 4-1.

Next week Summit Christian Academy take on Olive at 7:00 PM. Both of those teams took a loss in their last game, so they'll have plenty of motivation to get the 'W'. Prue will have some time to rest before their next game, which is against Yale in two weeks at 7:00 PM. Each team will be battling to keep their 3-game winning streak alive.
