Softball Recap: Dadeville Takes a Loss

The home team had come away the winner the last four times Dadeville and Beulah had met, but sadly for the fans who attended this one that wasn't the case. The Dadeville Tigers came up short against the Beulah Bobcats on Tuesday, falling 13-7. The Tigers have struggled against the Bobcats recently, as the game was their third consecutive lost meetings.

Dadeville saw four different players step up and record at least one hit. One of them was Rorie Mask, who scored two runs while going 1-for-3. Mask also hit a double, marking her first of the season.

Dadeville's loss dropped their record down to 2-2. As for Beulah, their victory (their first of the season) made their record 1-7.

Dadeville has already played their next contest, a 13-6 defeat against Beauregard on the 6th. As for Beulah, they also didn't take long to hit the field again: they've already played their next match, a 2-1 loss against Lee-Scott Academy on the 5th.
