Softball Recap: School of the Future's Win on Thursday Extends Winning Streak to Three

School of the Future had already won two in a row (a stretch where they outscored their opponents by an average of 17.5 runs) and they went ahead and made it three on Thursday. They came out on top against the Brandeis Bulldogs by a score of 16-12. School of the Future has seen this before: they got the W the last time they saw Brandeis, too.

School of the Future pushed their record up to 4-1 with the win, which was their third straight on the road. Those road victories came thanks in part to their hitting performance across that stretch, as they averaged 19.3 runs over those games. As for Brandeis, their loss was their first of the season and makes their record 3-1.

Looking ahead, School of the Future will be playing at home against Rustin at 4:00 p.m. on Thursday. As for Brandeis, they will challenge Environmental at 4:00 p.m. on Tuesday. The Eagles have struggled to contain batters this season (they've allowed 13.25 runs per game on average), something the Bulldogs will no doubt try to take advantage of.
