Baseball Game Preview: Tecumseh Indians vs. Jackson Vikings

13 must be Tecumseh's lucky number: they beat Jackson with that score not once but twice on Monday. The Indians put the hurt on the Vikings with a sharp 13-1 victory. The win made it back-to-back victories for the Indians.

Tecumseh got a great performance from Tyler Clement as he didn't allow a single earned run while striking out eight over five innings pitched. Those eight strikeouts gave Clement a new career-high.

On the hitting side, Tecumseh let Palmer Ziemer and Bryan Covel run wild. Ziemer went a perfect 2-for-2 with two runs and one double, while Covel earned two RBI, two runs, and one stolen base. Those two RBI gave Covel a new career-high. Connor Bullinger was another key player, earning two RBI and two runs.
