Nature Coast Tech has gone a perfect 10-0 against Central recently and they'll look to pad the win column further on Friday. The Sharks will be playing in front of their home fans against the Bears at 6:00 p.m. The two teams have had a bumpy ride up to this point with three consecutive losses for Nature Coast Tech and six for Central.

On Thursday, Nature Coast Tech didn't have quite enough to beat South Sumter and fell 7-6.

Meanwhile, Central fell victim to Springstead and their airtight pitching crew on Thursday. They came up short against the Eagles, falling 16-0.

Central saw three different players step up and record at least one hit. One of them was Aleya Pagan, who went 1-for-2 with one stolen base. That stolen base was Pagan's first of the season.

Nature Coast Tech's defeat dropped their record down to 9-9. As for Central, their loss dropped their record down to 2-15.

Nature Coast Tech took their victory against Central in their previous meeting back in February by a conclusive 8-0 score. Do the Sharks have another victory up their sleeve, or will the Bears turn the tables on them? We'll have the answer soon enough.
