Volleyball Preview: Morgan Raiders vs. Meadowbrook Colts

The Morgan Raiders will venture away from home to face off against the Meadowbrook Colts at 6:45 p.m. Both teams are coming into the game red-hot, with Morgan sitting on four straight wins and Meadowbrook on nine.
Last Monday, Morgan sure made it a nail-biter, but they managed to escape with a 3-2 victory over Waterford.
Morgan took Waterford into a fifth set where they got it done with a seven-point win. After all that action, the final score was 25-14, 14-25, 21-25, 25-21, 15-8.
Meanwhile, Meadowbrook got the win against River View on Tuesday by a conclusive 3-0.
Once all was said and done, the final score wound up at 25-19, 25-16, 25-23.
Meadowbrook can attribute much of their success to Addy Sichina, who had eight digs and 36 assists. Sichina is on a roll when it comes to assists, as she's now posted ten or more in the last 32 games she's played dating back to last season.
Morgan pushed their record up to 9-2 with that win, which was their third straight at home. As for Meadowbrook, their victory bumped their record up to 11-1.
