Bessemer Academy came tearing into Tuesday's contest with seven straight wins (a stretch where they outscored their opponents by an average of 20.3 points) and they left with even more momentum. They simply couldn't be stopped as they easily beat Varsity Opponent 79-34. The Rebels have made a habit of sweeping their opponents off the court, having now won nine matchups by 23 points or more this season.

Multiple players turned in solid performances to lead Bessemer Academy to victory, but perhaps none more so than Jeran Jones, who posted 11 points and five boards. The team also got some help courtesy of Joshua Thompson, who had 12 points.
