Industrial has gone 9-1 against Palacios recently and they'll look to pad the win column further on Tuesday. Industrial will face off against Palacios at 6:00 p.m. Industrial is coming into the contest hot, having won their last four games.
Industrial will bounce into Tuesday's match after beating Hallettsville, who they had gone 0-9 against in their nine prior meetings. Industrial came out on top against Hallettsville by a score of 6-3 on Wednesday.
Khloe Lumpkins spent all seven innings on the mound, and it's clear why: she surrendered just two earned (and one unearned) runs on five hits. She has been consistent recently: she hasn't given up more than two walks in three consecutive appearances.

At the plate, the team relied heavily on Reagan Little, who went 2-for-4 with three RBI, one triple, and one run. Those three RBI gave her a new career-high. Aleisa Popp also deserves some recognition as she hit her first triple of the season.
Meanwhile, Palacios can bid farewell to their four-game losing streak thanks to their game on Friday. They were the clear victors by a 14-4 margin over Rice Consolidated. The high-scoring performance was a welcome turnaround for the Sharks' hitters, who had struggled in the games prior.
Kinsley Marroquin was incredible, scoring two runs and stealing three bases while going 4-for-4. Another player making a difference was Riley Critendon, who scored two runs while going 2-for-3.
Palacios always had someone on base and finished the game having posted an OBP of .517. That's the best OBP they've posted all season.
Industrial pushed their record up to 11-3-1 with the victory, which was their sixth straight at home. The wins came thanks in part to their pitching effort, having only surrendered 3.3 runs on average over those games. As for Palacios, their victory was their first in the district, bumping their district record up to 1-5 and their overall record up to 2-7-2.
Industrial was able to grind out a solid win over Palacios in their previous meeting back in February, winning 8-4. The rematch might be a little tougher for Industrial since the team won't have the home-field advantage this time around. We'll see if the change in venue makes a difference.
