Soccer Recap: Law Takes a Loss

Law lost against Fairfield Prep back in September and unfortunately they wound up with the same result on Friday. The Lawmen took a 2-0 hit to the loss column at the hands of the Jesuits. While losing is never fun, Law can't take it too hard given the team's big disadvantage in MaxPreps' Connecticut soccer rankings (they are ranked 129th, while Fairfield Prep are ranked 41st).

Law's loss dropped their record down to 1-10. As for Fairfield Prep, the victory made it two in a row for them and bumps their season record up to 5-3-4.

Law has already played their next contest (against Wheeler), but no score has been uploaded at the time of writing. As for Fairfield Prep, they will head out on the road to square off against Career Magnet at 6:30 p.m. on Tuesday.
