Basketball Recap: Mason Comes Up Short

Mason was not able to break out of their rough patch on Tuesday as the team picked up their fifth straight defeat. They lost 59-35 to the Strother Yellowjackets. The Eagles were given a dose of their own medicine in this game as the Yellowjackets apparently hadn't forgotten their loss the last time these teams played back in January of 2024.

Mason's record now sits at 1-9. As for Strother, their victory bumped their record up to 5-7.

Mason has already played their next contest (against Bowlegs), but no score has been uploaded at the time of writing. Strother wasted no time getting back out on the court and has already played their next game, a 74-53 win against Oilton on the 15th.
