Battle Ground Academy has gone a perfect 6-0 against Grace Christian Academy recently and they'll look to pad the win column further on Tuesday. A feisty cat fight will be fought as Battle Ground Academy Wildcats duke it out with Grace Christian Academy Lions at 5:00 p.m. Neither of those teams managed to put together many runs in their previous contests, so the offenses might be a little more motivated than usual.

Battle Ground Academy is headed into Tuesday's contest looking for a big change in momentum after dropping their third straight game on Wednesday. They fell 5-1 to Daphne. The game marked the Wildcats' lowest-scoring match so far this season.

Battle Ground Academy saw three different players step up and record at least one hit. One of them was Ellery Baisden, who scored a run while going 1-for-3. Chloe Gray also deserves some recognition as she snagged her first stolen base of the season.

Meanwhile, Friday just wasn't the day for Grace Christian Academy's offense. They lost 10-0 to Columbia Academy on Friday. The Lions haven't had much luck with the Bulldogs recently, as the team has come up short the last seven times they've met.

Audrey George spent all six innings played on the mound, and it's clear why: she surrendered just two earned (and eight unearned) runs on 11 hits and racked up seven Ks. She has been nothing but reliable: she hasn't given up more than two walks any time she's pitched this season.

Grace Christian Academy's defeat dropped their record down to 2-5. As for Battle Ground Academy, their loss dropped their record down to 3-5.

Everything went Battle Ground Academy's way against Grace Christian Academy in their previous meeting back in April of 2024, as Battle Ground Academy made off with a 17-4 win.
