Volleyball Recap: Haleakala Waldorf Takes a Loss

Haleakala Waldorf was not able to break out of their rough patch on Saturday as the team picked up their 12th straight defeat dating back to last season. They came up short against the Lanai Pine Lads, falling 3-0. Unfortunately, that's the second time they've come up short against Lanai this season, as they also lost their prior matchup 3-0 on Friday.

Haleakala Waldorf's loss dropped their record down to 0-11. As for Lanai, the win made it two in a row for them and bumps their season record up to 8-2.

Haleakala Waldorf didn't take long to hit the court again: they've already played their next matchup, a 3-0 defeat against Kihei Charter on the 13th. As for Lanai, after both having extra time off, they and Molokai will shake off the rust and duke it out at 7:00 p.m. on Friday.
