Soccer Recap: Twentynine Palms Takes a Loss

Twentynine Palms was not able to break out of their rough patch on Thursday as the team picked up their 11th straight loss. They lost 5-0 to the Yucca Valley Trojans. Sadly, that's the second time they've come up short against the Wildcats this season, as they also lost their prior matchup 12-2 last Tuesday.

Twentynine Palms' defeat dropped their record down to 0-11. As for Yucca Valley, they have been performing well recently as they've won three of their last four contests, which provided a nice bump to their 3-9 record this season.

Both squads are looking forward to the support of their home crowds in their upcoming games. Twentynine Palms will host Indio at 5:30 p.m. on Friday. As for Yucca Valley, they will be playing at home against Coachella Valley at 5:30 p.m. on Monday.
