There's no place like home for Chancellor, who bounced back after a loss on the road on Monday. They put the hurt on the Spotsylvania Knights with a sharp 3-0 victory on Thursday. That looming 3-0 mark stands out as the most commanding margin for the Chargers yet this season.

Once all was said and done, the final score wound up at 25-12, 25-19, 25-14.

Hailey Garcia paced Chancellor's offense, picking up ten kills. Garcia got some help from Aiden Jolly and her nine assists. Garcia also made an impact serving: she shared the team lead in aces with Sawan Salman, racking up three apiece.

Chancellor's win bumped their record up to 5-3. As for Spotsylvania, this is the second loss in a row for them and nudges their season record down to 2-5.

Chancellor wasted no time getting back out on the court and has already played their next matchup, a 3-2 victory against Culpeper County on the 16th.
