Meanwhile, River Oaks didn't have too much trouble with Porter's Chapel Academy on Tuesday as they won 35-19. The win made it back-to-back victories for the Mustangs.

Hillcrest Christian's loss dropped their record down to 0-8. As for River Oaks, their win bumped their record up to 7-5.

Hillcrest Christian was taken down by River Oaks 68-34 in their previous meeting back in January of 2024. Can Hillcrest Christian avenge their defeat or is history doomed to repeat itself? We'll find out soon enough.
