Science Park was not able to break out of their rough patch on Thursday as the team picked up their tenth straight loss dating back to last season. They had to suffer through a 83-56 loss at the hands of the Payne Tech Lions. One positive for the Chargers, at least, is that this was the most points they've scored all season.

Science Park's defeat dropped their record down to 0-9. As for Payne Tech, the win was the third in a row for them, bringing their record for this year to 7-5.

Science Park will venture away from home to challenge University at 4:00 p.m. on Tuesday. Science Park is facing University at the right time seeing as University is stuck on a five-game losing streak. As for Payne Tech, they didn't take long to hit the court again: they've already played their next game, a 91-55 victory against Pioneer Academy on the 18th.
