Soccer Recap: Randolph-Macon Academy Comes Up Short

Randolph-Macon Academy's game on Thursday was all tied up 2-2 at the half, but sadly for them it didn't stay that way. They lost 5-2 to the Fredericksburg Academy Falcons. Randolph-Macon Academy fans who chose to attend the game sure picked the wrong one: it was the first time the team has lost against Fredericksburg Academy since Thursday.

Randolph-Macon Academy's defeat dropped their record down to 1-1. As for Fredericksburg Academy, the victory made it two in a row for them and bumps their season record up to 2-1.

Both teams are looking forward to the support of their home crowds in their upcoming games. Randolph-Macon Academy will welcome Eastern Mennonite at 4:00 p.m. on Tuesday. As for Fredericksburg Academy, they will host Quantico at 4:00 p.m. on Thursday.
