Football Recap: Plano Comes Up Short

Plano was not able to break out of their rough patch on Friday as the team picked up their fifth straight loss dating back to last season. They took a blow against the Woodstock North Thunder, falling 75-20. The Reapers lost against the Thunder in their previous head to head back in September of 2024, too, but the margin this time around was even wider than the 41-17 score last time.

Plano's defeat dropped their record down to 0-4. As for Woodstock North, the win got them back to even at 2-2.

We've got plenty of inter-conference action coming up soon. Plano will face off against rival Marengo at 7:00 p.m. on Friday. Meanwhile, Woodstock North is set to square off against their familiar foe Johnsburg at 7:00 p.m. on Friday.
