Softball Recap: Chicago Academy Takes a Loss

Chicago Academy lost against Senn last Monday, and unfortunately they wound up with the same result on Thursday. The Cougars lost 13-3 to the Bulldogs. The Cougars have now taken an 'L' in back-to-back games.

Yosselyn Figueroa made the most of her time at bat despite the final result and scored two runs and stole three bases while going 2-for-3.

Chicago Academy now has a losing record of 1-2. As for Senn, they have started the season off flawlessly and has a 2-0 record to show for it.

We've got plenty of inter-conference action coming up soon. Chicago Academy is set to take on their familiar foe Mather at 4:30 p.m. on Friday. Meanwhile, Senn will square off against rival Rickover Naval at 4:30 p.m. on Friday.
