Anderson has gone 4-0 against Crockett recently and they'll look to pad the win column further on Friday. The Anderson Trojans are taking a road trip to take on the Crockett Cougars at 8:00 p.m. Both teams took a loss in their last game, so they'll have plenty of motivation to get the 'W'.

Last Tuesday, Anderson was within striking distance but couldn't close the gap as they fell 46-40 to Liberal Arts & Science Academy - Austin.

Meanwhile, it's never fun to lose, and it's even less fun to lose 85-44, which was the final score in Crockett's tilt against Cedar Creek on Tuesday. The Cougars have now taken an 'L' in back-to-back games.

Anderson's defeat dropped their record down to 7-20. As for Crockett, their loss dropped their record down to 7-15.

Everything came up roses for Anderson against Crockett in their previous matchup back in February of 2022, as the squad secured a 75-32 win. The rematch might be a little tougher for Anderson since the team won't have the home-court advantage this time around. We'll see if the change in venue makes a difference.
