North Pike scaled the state rankings by moving to 107 from 141 this week, the biggest jump in 4A Region 7. The Jaguars were able to make move up by beating Franklin County 34-20.

South Pike lost to Tylertown 48-12 last week, the largest margin of any game. Jaxavian Holmes ran for 85 yards in the loss.

North Pike's offense was tough to stop this week, as it produced the league's top passer, rusher and receiver. Austin Smith threw for 241 and 2 touchdowns and Javian Jackson had 104 yards receiving. On the ground Lakedric Lee contributed 189 yards. Jalen Jackson helped North Pike's passing attack out by catching 2 balls for 68 yards.
