LiAngelo Ball erupted for 72 points Wednesday night in a 128-108 win over Rancho Christian (Temecula) – that coming one night after he went for 56 in a 32-point win over Orange Lutheran.
Through three games this season, LiAngelo is averaging
51.3 points per game. His Huskies have won 38 games in a row dating back to the start of the 2015-16 season.
Twitter was buzzing with reaction to the performance Wednesday night:Ball's scoring exploits shouldn't come as a huge surprise. The 6-foot-5, 225-pound shooting guard averaged over 27 points per game as a junior for the unbeaten state and national champions.
The youngest Ball brother, sophomore
LaMelo, added 31 points Wednesday night and reportedly had 18 assists on Tuesday.
Lonzo is doing his thing at UCLA, averaging 14.6 points, 9.6 assists and 4.9 rebounds per game for the unbeaten (8-0) Bruins. The 6-6 point guard attempted just three shots but handed out 13 assists Wednesday in a 98-56 win over California-Riverside.
LiAngelo Ball and Chino Hills have won 38 games in a row.
