Volleyball Recap: Columbus Triumphs

Columbus lost to West Elk back in September of 2022, but they didn't allow them the same satisfaction on Saturday. The Titans came out on top against the Patriots by a score of 2-0.

The 2-0 score doesn't really reflect how close the match was: every set was decided by three points or less. The final score came out to 25-22, 25-22.

Columbus' first victory this season bumped their record up to 1-9-2. As for West Elk, they are on a six-game losing streak that has dropped them down to 1-12.

Columbus wasted no time getting back out on the court and has already played their next matchup, a 2-0 defeat against Oswego on the 20th. As for West Elk, they also didn't take long to hit the court again: they've already played their next game, a 2-1 loss against Northeast on the 20th.
