Baseball Game Preview: Burkburnett Bulldogs vs. Springtown Porcupines

The Burkburnett Bulldogs will challenge the Springtown Porcupines at 6:30 p.m. on Friday. Burkburnett has a tough task ahead: they'll enter the matchup with six straight losses, while Springtown will come in with five straight wins.

Burkburnett came up short against Springtown on Tuesday, falling 15-5.

Brodie Hagle was cooking despite his team's loss, getting on base in all three of his plate appearances with one stolen base and one RBI. The team also got some help courtesy of Caden Cope, who scored a run while going 1-for-3.

Burkburnett's defeat dropped their record down to 2-10. As for Springtown, their victory bumped their record up to 8-6-1.
