Basketball Recap: Washington County Panthers vs. Voyager Academy Vikings

Washington County had already proven themselves in the regular season and they didn't miss a beat now that it's playoff time. They snuck past the Voyager Academy Vikings with a 76-72 win on Friday. The victory was nothing new for the Panthers as they're now sitting on four straight.

It was another big night for Brandon Carter Jr., who shot 56% from the field on his way to 41 points along with eight rebounds and five steals. That makes it three consecutive games in which he has scored at least a third of Washington County's points. Another player making a difference was ZyQuan Sanders, who posted 11 points and six boards.
