There's no place like home for Mena, who bounced back after a loss on the road on Tuesday. They never let the Waldron Bulldogs get on the board and left with a 10-0 win on Friday. Considering the Bearcats have won nine matchups by more than six runs this season, Friday's blowout was nothing new.

Mena pushed their record up to 12-3 with the victory, which was their seventh straight at home. The home wins came thanks in part to their pitching effort, having only surrendered 1.1 runs on average over those games. As for Waldron, they have traveled a rocky road recently, having lost three of their last four contests. That's put a noticeable dent in their 7-12 record this season.

Both teams are looking forward to the support of their home crowds in their upcoming games. Mena will welcome Booneville at 4:30 p.m. on Monday. As for Waldron, they will take on Clarksville at 4:30 p.m. on Tuesday.
