Soccer Recap: Monroe's Losing Streak Is a Thing of the Past

After having lost a blowout in their previous game against Delavan-Darien, Monroe was happy to have turned things around on Tuesday. They never let the Whitewater Whippets get on the board and left with a 1-0 win. The victory was a breath of fresh air for Monroe as it put an end to their three-match losing streak.

Their one-goal win came courtesy of Emiliano Torres Enriquez, which was the first he's scored this season.

Monroe now has a winning record of 6-5-1. As for Whitewater, this is the second loss in a row for them and nudges their season record down to 5-5-2.
