Baseball Game Preview: Vision vs. New Plymouth Pilgrims

Vision will be playing in front of their home fans against New Plymouth at 5:30 p.m. Vision has given up an average of 9.3 runs per game this season, but Tuesday's game will give them a chance to turn things around.

Vision is headed into Tuesday's game looking for a big change in momentum after dropping their fourth straight game on Saturday. They came up short against Troy, falling 13-1. The contest marked Vision's lowest-scoring matchup so far this season.

Meanwhile, New Plymouth unfortunately witnessed the end of their five-game winning streak on Friday. They fell 12-8 to Payette. Pilgrims fans who chose to attend the game sure picked the wrong one: it was the first time the team's lost against the Pirates since on Friday.

However, it's not like New Plymouth struggles in that department as they've averaged .457. With both teams so capable at the plate, fans should be ready for an impressive hitting performance.
