Volleyball Recap: Amador's Victory on Tuesday Extends Winning Streak to Four + How To Watch

Amador had already won three in a row dating back to last season and they went ahead and made it four on Tuesday. They walked away with a 3-1 win over the Modesto Panthers.

Amador walked away with the victory (and looked especially good in the third set). The match finished with set scores of 27-25, 22-25, 25-12, 25-19.

Multiple players turned in solid performances to lead Amador to victory, but perhaps none more so than Lisla Watts, who had 13 kills, four aces, and two blocks. Watts is crushing it when it comes to aces: she's served at least two every time she's taken the court this season. Faith Del Real was another key player, getting 11 digs and three aces.

They weren't the only good server: Amador was lethal from the service line and finished the game with 27 aces. That strong performance was nothing new for the team: they've now served at least five aces in 12 consecutive contests dating back to last season.

Despite the loss, Modesto still got an impressive performance from Amilia Sessler, who had 16 digs and two assists.

Amador's record now sits at 3-0. As for Modesto, they dropped their record down to 2-6 with the defeat, which was their ninth straight at home dating back to last season.

Coming up, Amador will challenge Rodriguez at 6:00 p.m. on Thursday. As for Modesto, they have already played their next match, a 3-2 loss against West on the 27th.
