Basketball Recap: Ingraham Comes Up Short

Ingraham lost against Bishop Blanchet back in January of 2022, and unfortunately they wound up with the same result on Monday. The Ingraham Rams were dealt a 61-23 defeat at the hands of the Bishop Blanchet Bears. The Rams have now taken an 'L' in back-to-back games.

Bishop Blanchet was led to victory by Brooke Campbell and Stella Na. Campbell went 8 for 13 on her way to 17 points and four steals, while Na went 8 of 13 on her way to 19 points and six rebounds. Those four steals gave Campbell a new career-high. The team also got some help courtesy of Anna Garretson, who posted nine points.

Ingraham's loss dropped their record down to 2-2. As for Bishop Blanchet, the win keeps them at an undefeated 4-0.

Ingraham will face off against Cleveland at 7:30 p.m. on Wednesday. As for Bishop Blanchet, they are headed away from home for the first time to face off against Ballard at 7:30 p.m. on Wednesday. One thing working in Bishop Blanchet's favor is that they have posted at least 55 points every time they've taken the court this season.
