Basketball Recap: Rancho Rams vs. Chaparral Cowboys        
        
		
            
 There's no place like home for the Rancho Rams, who bounced back after a tough loss on the road  last Wednesday. They claimed a resounding  63-3 win over Chaparral at home. That 60 point margin sets a new team best for Rancho this season.
 Rancho got their  victory on the backs of several key players, but it was  Taylor Dagons out in front who  scored eight points along with five  rebounds. Another player making a difference was  Brooklynn Ceccarelli, who  scored ten points.
 Rancho pushed their record up to 12-8 with that  victory, which was their third straight  at home. Those good results were due in large part to their offensive dominance across that stretch, as they averaged 57.7 points per game. As for Chaparral,  this is  the second loss in a row for them and  nudges their season record down to 1-15.
 Both  teams will have to hit the road in their upcoming games. Rancho will  square off against the Gators at 6:30  p.m.  on Monday. As for Chaparral, they will head out on the road to  square off against  the Cougars at 6:30  p.m.  on Monday. Pinecrest Academy Cadence has been getting the ball to fall more lately as they've increased their point totals each of their last three games.
