Pulaski is 6-1 against Ashwaubenon since April of 2015 and they'll have a chance to extend that dominance on Thursday. The Red Raiders will be playing at home against the Jaguars at 4:30 p.m. Pulaski is strutting in with some hitting muscle as they've averaged 6.9 runs per game this season.
Pulaski will bounce into Thursday's matchup after beating Bay Port, who they had gone 0-9 against in their nine prior meetings. The Red Raiders walked away with a 5-2 victory over the Pirates on Monday.

Braun Wotruba was a major factor no matter where he played. He looked comfortable on the mound, tossing one inning while giving up no earned runs or hits. He has been nothing but reliable: he hasn't given up more than one earned run in five consecutive appearances. He was also big at the plate, going 3-for-4 with one RBI. Those three hits gave him a new career-high.
Wotruba wasn't the only one making solid contact as five players wound up with at least one hit. One of them was Gavin Sikorski, who went 1-for-3 with two RBI and one double. That's the most RBI Sikorski has posted since back in April. Another was Bryce Wotruba, who went 1-for-4 with two RBI and one double.
Meanwhile, it was a proper cat-fight when Ashwaubenon took on Fond du Lac on Saturday. The Jaguars lost 9-1 to the Cardinals.
Ashwaubenon also got a good showing from Nick Smith, who pitched three innings while giving up just one earned (and one unearned) run off three hits.
Pulaski has been performing well recently as they've won five of their last six games. That's provided a nice bump to their 10-4 record this season. Those wins came thanks in part to their pitching effort, having only surrendered 2.3 runs on average over those games. As for Ashwaubenon, their loss dropped their record down to 3-7.
Ashwaubenon's pitching crew has a crucial task ahead of them: Pulaski has hit smart this season, having averaged an OBP of .439. It's a different story for Ashwaubenon, though, as they've only averaged .271. Will they be able to contain Pulaski's hitters?
Pulaski took their victory against Ashwaubenon in their previous matchup back in April by a conclusive 10-1 score. Will the Red Raiders repeat their success, or do the Jaguars have a new game plan this time around? We'll find out soon enough.
