Basketball Recap: Lake City's Victory on Monday Extends Winning Streak to Four

Lake City waltzed into their contest on Monday with three straight wins... but they left with four. They came out on top in a nail-biter against the Cotter Ramblers, sneaking past 61-58. The 61-point effort marked the Tigers' lowest-scoring matchup of the season, but in the end it didn't matter.

Lake City's victory bumped their record up to 6-1. As for Cotter, they are on a five-game losing streak that has dropped them down to 2-8.

Lake City will face off against Maranatha Christian Academy at 7:15 p.m. on January 7, 2025. As for Cotter, they will be playing at home against Dover-Eyota at 7:15 p.m. on Thursday. Dover-Eyota is strutting in with some offensive muscle as they've averaged 63.2 points per game this season.
