Trinity Presbyterian had already won seven in a row (a stretch where they outscored their opponents by an average of 4.7 runs) and they went ahead and made it eight on Monday. They came out on top against the Chilton County Tigers by a score of 13-8. That result was just more of the same for these two, as the Wildcats also won the last time the pair played back in April of 2024.

Trinity Presbyterian pushed their record up to 18-7 with the victory, which was their fourth straight on the road. The road wins came thanks in part to their pitching effort, having only surrendered 3.3 runs on average over those games. As for Chilton County, they are on a three-game losing streak that has dropped them down to 14-15.

Looking ahead, Trinity Presbyterian will head out to challenge Tallassee at 5:30 p.m. on Thursday. As for Chilton County, they will look to defend their home field on Thursday against Elmore County at 4:30 p.m.
