Soccer Recap: LBJ Austin Comes Up Short

LBJ Austin was not able to break out of their rough patch on Monday as the team picked up their sixth straight loss. They lost 4-0 to the Northeast Early College Raiders. Unfortunately, that's the second time they've come up short against the Raiders this season, as they also lost their prior matchup 5-0 back in January.

LBJ Austin's defeat dropped their record down to 1-12. As for Northeast Early College, they have been performing well recently as they've won six of their last eight contests. That's provided a nice bump to their 9-5 record this season.

Both squads are looking forward to the support of their home crowds in their upcoming games. LBJ Austin will welcome Austin Achieve at 6:15 p.m. on March 11th. As for Northeast Early College, they will challenge Lago Vista at 6:00 p.m. on Tuesday. Lago Vista has been dominant on offense recently, having racked up an incredible 20 goals over their last three matchups.
