Soccer Recap: Lutheran-Northeast Takes a Loss

Lutheran-Northeast lost against Scotus back in April, and unfortunately they wound up with the same result on Tuesday. The Eagles came up short against the Shamrocks, falling 10-0. While losing is never fun, Lutheran-Northeast can't take it too hard given the team's big disadvantage in MaxPreps' Nebraska soccer rankings (they are ranked 48th, while Scotus are ranked ninth).

Lutheran-Northeast's loss dropped their record down to 6-6. As for Scotus, the victory keeps they at an undefeated 15-0.

Lutheran-Northeast does not have any more games scheduled as of now. As for Scotus, they didn't take long to hit the pitch again: they've already played their next match, a 6-2 win against York on the 10th.
