Soccer Game Preview: Eaglecrest vs. Grandview

Eaglecrest is 0-10 against Grandview since April of 2015 but things could change on Tuesday. Eaglecrest will head out to take on Grandview at 6:00 p.m. The contest will give Eaglecrest their first taste of in-conference action this season.

Eaglecrest was handed a three-goal defeat in their previous outing, but that didn't affect their clutch gene on Saturday. They sure made it a nail-biter, but they managed to escape with a 3-2 victory over Prairie View. The win was a breath of fresh air for Eaglecrest as it put an end to their three-game losing streak.

Meanwhile, while Grandview scored more goals than they have all season, the final result was a bit underwhelming. They and Chatfield finished up on equal footing with a 2-2 draw on Thursday. The result (or lack thereof) marked Grandview's first draw of the season.

Grandview's draw gives them a new season record of 0-3-1. As for Eaglecrest, their victory bumped their record up to 2-3-1.
